Saddlestitching
The most economical of "mechanical" bindery options. With moderate use, and the addition of heavier cover stock, saddle stitching is quite durable. Saddle stitching binds using fabricated metal "staples" to hold half-folded sheets together.

Limitations
Non-printable Spine
Spines consist of folded cover surface therefore cannot be printed with titles. Though the background cover color can be used for visual recognition.
